Introduction: Crospovidone is often called as crosslinked PVP, or insoluble PVP. It appears as white or off-white, free flowing hygroscopic powder, odorless or with faint characteristic odor, insoluble in water, alkali, acid and common organic solvents. It has strong expandability and complexing ability with polyphenols, carboxylic acid and other compounds with low molecular weight.

Application: Highly efficient disintegrating agent; Medicinal slow-releasing carrier; Adsorbent of  Tannin and Polyphenols; Moisturizer.
